A quick google turns up http://www.seab.gov.sg/SEAB/nLevel/nLevel.html

And as a response, no, I couldn't see any N-level papers anywhere.

If you are a 'School candidate' (as they put it on their website), you may want to try asking your teachers.

The only other help I've got is this - http://www.seab.gov.sg/SEAB/nLevel/2009InstructionsForPrivateCandidates.pdf. It lists some subjects that are multiple choice, so have a look and pray.
